The Blessed Lunch-box was born of desperation, a wave of frustration that broke over the breakfast bench every morning, a veritable tsunami of empty plastic containers with missing lids, cracked sides and very very empty insides. And suddenly it seemed to be universal (well, my little universe at least), school drop off conversation centred around the frustration of filling endless lunch-boxes and I thought to myself - if every mother contributed one idea, their one fail-safe lunch-box filler (and let's face it - we all have at least one), then it wouldn't take long at all to get a weeks worth of great lunch-box ideas up and shared around for everyone to benefit from!
